This is early notice of an important auction event just outside of Lillington, NC.  This is a large Country home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs and a complete separate apartment upstairs with a great rental history.  The property is on Harnett County water and sewer and convenient to Lillington and Fayetteville.  This is a great opportunity and the home is available for purchase prior to the auction day.  It will be offered in an online / live / simulcast event being held on site.  We are offering the personal property in an earlier event on Tuesday, January 19th, so look for that in a separate posting on our website.  Get ready for a great opportunity if you are an investor or just need a little room to grow!
