7. MULTI-PAR:   All parcels will be offered for sale in a public outcry Online/Live/Simulcast Auction with the assistance of the MULTI-PAR SM Bidding System. The auction will consist of multiple rounds of bidding allowing a prospective buyer to bid on any parcel, combination of parcels, or the entire offered property. The MULTI-PAR SM system allows successful initial bidders the opportunity to re-enter the auction after initial combinations have been opened. It is essential for winning bidders (both online and onsite) to remain at the auction until the sale is declared final and over.  An initial bidder may go from a winning position to a losing position and back to winning without ever raising their bid!
