Jimmy Johnson
Jimmy Johnson has been active in the real estate and auction industry since 1981. He has obtained his CAI, CES, and AARE designations as well as his GRI. He has been directly involved or responsible for conducting thousands of auctions throughout his career as well as managing the development of several hundred building sites. He has served on the NC Auctioneer Licensing Board for two three year terms and is a member of the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina's Hall of Fame and a lifetime member of the National Auctioneers Association. Griffin Cadman
Griffin Cadman is a native of North Carolina and the Triangle Area. With 8 years of experience in public utilities and excavation, Griffin has expanded his career by obtaining his Real Estate Broker’s license. He sees this background as an asset when working with customers and clients to better assist them and serve their needs. Griffin is a resourceful, thorough, hard-working individual and is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the job gets done the right way.
Dale Young
Dale is a lifelong resident of Angier. After 20 years in the automotive industry he turned his attention to real estate first in sales and then to General Contracting. Along with this he also became an auctioneer which he now spends primarily all of his time either conducting auctions or doing personal property appraisals. Dale has the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and CES (Certified Estate Specialist) and GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) designations thru the National Auctioneers Association which qualifies him to conduct appraisals on all of your equipment and estates. Dale was elected President of the AANC (Auctioneers Association of North Carolina) for the 2017-2018 term.
Rick Cooper
Rick has been a resident of Garner for eighteen years. After thirty-one years of banking specializing in trust and estate administration with the last eight years managing the trust real estate department for a local bank, he made the transition to real estate sales. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis. Since moving to North Carolina, Rick has worked with attorneys, accountants and other professionals helping individuals and families solve their estate and real estate needs. He understands the "love for the land" and the desires to see each property maximize it's value. Rick believes building strong relationships with his clients is the key to future success.
Paige Johnson Cadman
Paige is an Angier, NC native who attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Being born into the auction and real estate business, she understands the ins and outs of any transaction or auction event. Paige has been part of our Advertising Team as our Social Media Manager for 5+ years, handling all things in the digital world.
Hannah Smith
Hannah lives in Angier with her husband and five boys. As the daughter of a contractor, the love for remodeling and design started young in Hannah’s life. Her husband is a home inspector and as a family, they remodel homes together. With a background in interior design, Hannah brings a love and passion for real estate. She takes the time to listen to your needs and wants and is committed to her clients, all of whom will continue as friends which makes her a perfect fit for Johnson Properties.
Danielle Nicolayev
Danielle is a California native and a graduate of our own Campbell University. Having worked in the local area as a Realtor, as well has having previous experience in administrative and managerial roles she is a great asset to the JP team!
Maggie Denning
Maggie is a Fuquay Varina native now living in Angier. She works closely with the team to prepare auctions and real estate sales, striving for a seamless auction and real estate transaction for our sellers. Having over 10 years of customer service experience makes her a perfect fit for our team.
