This is a complete liquidation as the Closet Factory has closed and everything in the building will be sold at absolute auction. There is a Homag Centateq N-300 CNC machine and a Homag Edgeteq S-300 edge bander also.  We have lots of cabinet hardware, raw materials / products as well as hand tools, saws, planers, paint supplies, numerous table saws and work tables and a forklift, trucks, vans, delivery trucks as well as pallet racking and shelving.  This is a big one and everything must be sold to the bare walls.  We will be offering a PORTION of the items including the larger machines, rolling stock, etc. in an online / live / simulcast auction event  that will begin at 11:00 am! After many years the sellers have decided their home is way too big for them to continue to maintain and have asked the JP Team to assist them in liquidating their remaining contents for them.  The home is located in the Prestigious Winchester Subdivision in Apex, NC.  There will be items from all over the home, yard, and garden hut.  Some of the items that will be included lots of China, furniture, paintings, tall case clock, rugs, kitchen items, gun safe, decorator items, yard art, outdoor fire pit, tools, children's toys, books, and much more.  We will be posting pictures and catalog as we continue to organize this online only auction.

Ms. Betty Schafer personal property is up for auction. Included in this auction are several household decorative items, book shelves, small tables, chairs, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, a stove, lots of dishware, and bedroom furniture.  It even includes some outdoor items, decorative and yard working tools.

This is notice of an online/live/simulcast auction that will include 7 horses.  This event will include a 4 yr old imported Warmblood gelding, a 13 yr old chestnut Warmblood gelding, a 7 yr old grey Imported Dutch Warmblood gelding,  5 yr old Bay Thoroughbred gelding, a 16 yr. old Paso Fino gelding, a 15 yr. old Appaloosa trail gelding, and an aged paint mare.  All horses have current Coggins and we do have copies of papers and additional information on some.  

At this time the 10 day upset period will take effect.  The 10 day upset period is set to end on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 at 10am.  Please note that 10am will be a soft close, as we will make sure to allow bidders time to acknowledge and rebuttal any upset bids that come in.  All upset Bids moving forward must be raised a minimum of 5%.
