Yes, it is that time of year again!  Team JP is putting together another great auction for this year! A portion of the event will be live/online/simulcast and the remainder will be "old school-traditional live only".  The auction begins at 9:30 am and we will have hundreds of items! This is early notice of a very important auction for a long time friend/client of JP for nearly 40 years.  Mr. Smith has been collecting items for 5 decades and he says it is time to offer his collection to the public!  There is a large collection of Victrolas, chicken crates, farm and hand tools, glassware and cast iron items in this auction.

The Robert Thomas Estate (deceased) will be selling a single wide mobile home, shed and carport. All to be moved by buyer. The 1997 Commodore mobile home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is approximately 14x76 ft long. The storage building is 12x16 and the carport is 18x20. This is a great opportunity to have everything you need to start out on your piece of land! This will be an online/live/simulcast auction held at the property!  We are selling the home only there will be no real estate that transfers with the home!
