This is early notice of a very important auction for a long time friend/client of JP for nearly 40 years.  Mr. Smith has been collecting items for 5 decades and he says it is time to offer his collection to the public!  There is a large collection of Victrolas, chicken crates, farm and hand tools, glassware and cast iron items in this auction. 

Team JP has been called upon to assist with liquidating 17 total dwellings in Clinton, NC in a live / Online / Simulcast Auction Event!  These properties include multiple triplexes, duplexes and 8 single family and 3 multi-family residences throughout the City of Clinton.  We will be posting additional information and photos, maps, as well as preview dates soon.  The survey is complete and the maps are recorded at Plat Book 118, pages 22, 23.  Final pre-auction preview Tuesday, Nov. 12th from 9 am until 11 am at all vacant units! The Robert Thomas Estate (deceased) will be selling a single wide mobile home, shed and carport. All to be moved by buyer. The 1997 Commodore mobile home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is approximately 14x76 ft long. The storage building is 12x16 and the carport is 18x20.
