This will be a huge Firearms Online/Simulcast  Auction Event conducted for a longtime friend of the Johnson Properties Auction Team.  We have numerous handguns as well as rifles, shotguns and lots more.  We will be accepting a limited number of additional quality consignments also for this large event.  If you have been looking to add to your collection or if you have been looking for that hard to find pistol, Winchester, hunting rifle or shotgun this is definitely the auction for you.  Just in time for Christmas and a great selection of items to choose from. This online only auction out of Garner, NC has a little bit of everything!  Bed, side tables, sofa table, love seat, sofa, baking dishes, shelves, wall clocks, lamps, glasses and so much more.  You are sure to find something you HAVE to take home in this one! More information coming soon.

This auction will include a large quantity of finished product.  This will be a live/online/simulcast event with several hundred columns and products used to make the columns as well.  This will be the second very large auction events so keep checking this site for photos, catalogues and additional information including auction preview and sale dates. This online only auction will have some very unique handmade Damascus steel knives. Yes, it is that time of year again!  Team JP is putting together another great auction for this year! A portion of the event will be live/online/simulcast and the remainder will be "old school-traditional live only".  The auction begins at 9:30 am and we will have hundreds of items! Make sure to get there early and spend the day with us! This is early notice of a very important auction for a long time friend/client of JP for nearly 40 years.  Mr. Smith has been collecting items for 5 decades and he says it is time to offer his collection to the public!  There is a large collection of Victrolas, chicken crates, farm and hand tools, glassware and cast iron items in this auction.

The Robert Thomas Estate (deceased) will be selling a single wide mobile home, shed and carport. All to be moved by buyer. The 1997 Commodore mobile home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is approximately 14x76 ft long. The storage building is 12x16 and the carport is 18x20. This is a great opportunity to have everything you need to start out on your piece of land! This will be an online/live/simulcast auction held at the property!  We are selling the home only there will be no real estate that transfers with the home!

This early notice of an upcoming auction on behalf of the Michael Lester Estate (deceased) in Coats, NC.  This facility was used as an intimate setting for weddings, birthday parties, etc. as it has multiple shelters, photo opportunities and just a great overall "feel good" atmosphere.  The main facility was used as the home and there are so many flowers, etc that this place looks like a true "Garden of Eden" in the rough!  It is hard to describe so make sure and call JP to schedule your private tour.  This is a great facility and only a 2 minute drive to downtown Coats and within a very quick commute to Campbell University, Dunn and Angier.
